New ideas for activities to be conducted there were constantly emerging!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One meeting was not enough time, and one of the interns suggested, \"Let's have a second meeting! class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the afternoon, team building with elementary school participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this event, which involves an overnight stay, teamwork is the most important thing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants are divided into teams that will work together during the event,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To strengthen bonds with friends who have met for the first time, we challenged them to the \"Paper Cup Challenge!<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" the \"Paper Cup Challenge?\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The idea is to stack paper cups by holding a stick of string attached to a rubber band and stacking them without using your hands.......<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We all need to breathe together, talk to each other, and work together with the same degree of force.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If only one person does it too fast or with too much force, the paper cup will tip over.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-element-caption\">Everyone is serious!<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The children, who had just met for the first time and were a bit nervous, were able to get to know each other at once through this challenge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I was able to do it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"%E3%82%A4%E3%83%99%E3%83%B3%E3%83%88%E3%81%AE%E3%82%B4%E3%83%BC%E3%83%AB\"><\/span>Event Goals<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As in the first part, elementary school participants will also review the day's schedule and activities, and then<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All the interns and elementary school students came up with their own goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Goals at YBS, goals in activities on uninhabited islands, goals in overnight events....<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organize yourself and your surroundings!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to teach Kendama to my foreign friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to make 10 friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to talk to them myself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I want to learn 10 new English phrases!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>From small goals to big challenges, \"I want to be like this\" kept coming up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Through the event, I will watch over them so that they can grow toward the goal they set for themselves!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>GLI Online
